“Greetings everyone. My initial work tenure, has been in Tier 2/3 companies for OEMs. The rest of the tenure has been in OEMs. During this period, I could see the difference in working methodology, approach of OEMs & SME. SMEs were lagging & there was a system gap that I observed. In order to bridge this gap & boost industrialisation, I have started this enterprise.

There was also a demerit I observed between the education & industry sector. The students were not made industry ready.

We offer services to industry as well as education sector with a commitment of boosting industrialisation & helping budding engineer be industry ready, cause they are the future in INDIA”
